NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: MAY 17, 2026This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. The Customer agrees to pay 50% of the total invoice upfront before work on the Product may begin.
2. The remaining 50% of the invoice must be paid upon completion of the Product and before delivery of the final files.
3. The Seller will not begin work on the Product until the initial payment has been received according to the payment schedule above.
4. Payment is accepted exclusively through GCash or PayPal. No other payment methods will be accepted.
5. The Seller does not accept in-game currency, virtual items, trades, services, or any other form of non-monetary payment.
6. Additional characters are charged at 100% of the base price per character.
6b. The base price refers to the cost of one fully rendered character in the selected commission type (e.g. bust-up, half-body, or full-body).
7. Characters with highly detailed designs, including but not limited to heavy armor, intricate clothing, excessive accessories, complex patterns, or ornate outfits, may require an additional fee determined by the Seller.TURNAROUND TIME
8. Estimated delivery time for the Product is 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity, queue, and the Seller’s schedule.
9. Delivery time may vary based on the complexity of the artwork, including but not limited to simple busts versus detailed full-body illustrations.
10. The current commission queue may affect when work on the Product can begin and may extend the overall delivery timeline.
11. The Seller’s overall workload and ongoing commissions may also impact the estimated delivery time, which may be slightly shortened or extended as needed.
12. Simpler pieces may be completed earlier than the maximum estimated timeframe, while more detailed or time-consuming pieces may require the full estimated duration.
13. The Customer will be informed promptly in the event of any delays, issues, or changes to the estimated schedule.
14. The Seller will maintain clear communication throughout the process if any adjustments to the delivery timeline become necessary.PRODUCT DELIVERY
15. The Customer agrees that the Product will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or email to the address provided by the Customer, and only after full payment has been received by the Seller.
16. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the provided email or access link is correct and functional. The Seller shall not be held responsible for issues such as incorrect email addresses, lost access, spam filtering, or any other technical issues outside the Seller’s control.
17. Upon delivery of the Product, it becomes the Customer’s responsibility to download, store, and back up the files. The Seller is not obligated to provide replacements for lost files and cannot guarantee the continued availability of the original files after delivery.REVISIONS
18. Minor corrections are free of charge and include small adjustments such as minor details, color fixes, or inaccuracies compared to the provided references.
19. Major changes are only allowed during the sketch stage.
20. Once the sketch has been approved by the Customer, any major revisions or design changes may incur additional charges or may not be possible at the Seller’s discretion.
21. Full redraws after sketch approval are not included.REFUND POLICY
22. No refunds will be given once work on the Product has commenced. The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once sketching or any progress has begun.
23. Refunds are only available if the Seller is unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, including but not limited to health issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the completion of work. In which case, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
24. If the Customer becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the commission may be paused or cancelled at the Seller’s discretion, depending on the amount of completed work. These provisions do not apply to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
25. The Customer is obliged to communicate in a timely and responsive manner, including replying to requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, and approval of progress. Lack of timely communication from the Customer may be considered implicit approval of the current work stage and its continued progress.
26. Chargebacks are not permitted after the Product has been delivered in full.USAGE RIGHTS
27. The Seller retains full rights to the artwork created, including but not limited to the right to use, display, and share the Product for portfolio, promotional, and self-advertising purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing before work on the Product begins.
28. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
29. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
29b. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space. This includes (but is not limited to) image generation, style imitation, or dataset scraping.
30. Customer may post the artwork on social media, or any platform they see fit, as long as proper credit is given.
31. Clients may not claim the artwork as their own creation or remove the Seller's signature/watermark (if applicable).
32. Seller reserves the right to display commissioned works in the Seller's portfolio, social media, or commission samples unless the Customer requests privacy before starting the commission.CANCELLATIONS
33. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
34. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
